I ordered this product 15 pouches of 4, and I received 15 pouches of 3 without an opportunity to accept the substitution which has 15 less wraps. I sent an email with pictures of the original order, what they actually sent, and the slip that came with the order clearly saying 15 pouches of 4. They still haven’t replied and its been over 3 weeks. Not sure if I’ll order anything from here again. I’m also a repeat customer, and they still couldn’t respond. Poor Customer Service!
