If your O.penVAPE stops working for any reason—storm, earthquake, zombies, whatever—return it to us or your dispensary for a brand new replacement. Please contact your dispensary to make sure they have your device in stock, and allow returns. In store replacements are at the discretion of the store.
Keep in mind that you will need to bring your broken O.penVAPE and all its accessories to your local dispensary to have it replaced. If you lose your pen, we can’t replace it free of charge.
If you do not love your O.penVAPE cartridge we want to make it right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help find a solution for you.
If you are no longer near the store where you purchased your pen, or the store does not accept returns, please send your device to us for replacement, or take advantage of our new 10$ expedited return policy.
Expedited Battery Replacement
We’re excited to offer expedited battery and charger replacement for customers that may not want to travel to the post office and ship back their worn out or defective product. Eligible customers who have contacted us may now purchase a replacement of their choice with shipping included for $10. Please reach out to customer service to inquire about the expedited replacement.

Traditional Return Method
If you prefer to send us your device for a warranty replacement please follow the instructions below.
In order to accept a return, please send in a completed RETURN FORM with your return. Alternatively you can fill out the warranty information online and send it via our CONTACT US page, then send us your defective product for replacement. Our shipping address is on the top of the return form, and you may address your shipment to Attn: Returns. You will be responsible for one way return shipping if you choose the mail in warranty option, and we will take care of the rest!
If the item you are trying to return or exchange is no longer being manufactured, out-of-stock or is no longer available for retail sale, please contact [email protected] so that our team can assist. Please note that our Go.pen and Ziggy Marley Dry Herb are no longer being manufactured, and do not have warranty coverage.
*If you live outside of the United States, your warranty return must be done in-store. Please do not mail in defective products from outside the country, as we will be unable to send a replacement.

Open vape warranty
You can purchase any O.penVAPE vaporizer battery on our website or from one of our licensed retailers. If you would like to purchase a cartridge for your O.penVAPE battery, please see our list of licensed retailers for a convenient location in one of 10 states where O.penVAPE is sold.
HOW TO USE
All of our O.penVAPE batteries come partially charged so they’re ready to use right out of the box. Our O.penVAPE batteries are also draw activated, making getting started easy. Simply screw on your favorite cartridge and inhale.
If you have our 2.0 Variable Voltage Battery there are a few extra bells and whistles. If it doesn’t work upon inhale, simply click the stylus tip 5x to turn on the battery and it will illuminate. You can also change heat settings by clicking 2x.
Our Original and ISH vaporizer pens are a simple as can be! Once charged, just attach your favorite cartridge and inhale for up to 8 seconds to get your perfect puff.
If your pen needs charging, just plug it in to your USB charger that comes with your vaporizer. Once the indicator light on the O.penVAPE charger turns green, the tip of the pen will stop pulsing to let you know the pen is fully charged.

We are sorry that your vaporizer pen is not working properly, please watch our instructional video on how to resolve the issue yourself if your pen happens to be blinking red or white for any reason.

O.penVAPE offers every customer a Friend for Life warranty that makes replacements hassle free. If you break your pen (hey. accidents happen, right?), or it starts malfunctioning, you have two options to get a new vaporizer replacement.
- Just pay one-way shipping to return the vaporizer pen to us and we will replace your O.penVAPE with a brand new pen, including a new charger.
- Or you can choose our expedited warranty, which costs $10 for a brand new pen ordered from our site and does include a charger and shipping. Once you have contacted us and your device has been deemed defective, we will issue you a coupon for your new pen to be bought online.
