I’ve been a customer for many years. Business was sold to new owners about 6 months ago. The last 5 times I was there to purchase TOP rolling papers they have been out of stock. This last time they were not only out of TOP but Bugler papers as well. TOP is the number one selling brand and Bugler the 2nd most popular. Each time I have expressed my frustration and asked for company phone number or email so I could plead my case to someone in management. I was told by staff (several times) that they advise mngt of low stock for these items but nothing changes. Staff is friendly and patient but the owner(s) lack interest. A head shop that almost never has the most popular selling rolling papers? Really? Taking my business elsewhere. 90% of the time it’s the same story – sorry, we’re out of TOP papers. You are also out a long time customer.

Went there the other day the guy behind the counter was very nice and respectful easy to see from the street not the biggest parking lot but easy in and out decently priced items as well would recommend this place for all your smoking needs

Close by, great selection, and friendly staff. Can’t wait till their walk-in humidor reopens. They normally have a good selection of cigars. Extensive glassware collection. Highly recommended.
