If you’re new to stealth vaping, you should practice at home before you head out and about, to see just how invisible your vaping really is. Independent experts have estimated that vaping is around 95% less harmful than smoking, however, many people are still unaware of the multiple benefits that come with making the switch to e cigarettes. As a result, there are many bars, restaurants, offices and shops that have placed restrictions on vaping in and around their premises, forcing vapers to take stealthy measures in order to enjoy an e cigarette in public. If you’re planning on visiting somewhere that is known to restrict the use of e cigarettes, and you will undoubtedly want to use your vape whilst you’re there, then stealth vaping may well be your only option.
As tempting as it can be to vape anywhere that takes your fancy, there are some occasions where you have to be mindful and respectful: On a plane – there are some cases Around children and babies Around pregnant women At school (teachers and parents alike) At work. All UK airports have banned the use of e cigarettes, and most airlines do not permit vaping on board. There are also some serious repercussions in countries such as Thailand, Dubai and Singapore where all electronic cigarette devices and associated materials are banned. So, make sure that you respect your surroundings when you’re abroad, be stealthy where you can, and adhere to the rules and regulations around travelling with e cigarettes. Although e cigarettes don’t produce tobacco smoke, research into the risks of passive vaping around pregnant women and babies is still ongoing, and it is advised to err on the side of caution and not to vape round them. The NHS website states that ‘e cigs release negligible amounts of nicotine into the atmosphere and the limited evidence available suggests that any risk from passive vaping to bystanders is small relative to tobacco cigarettes.’ However, it is still a matter of decency not to blow plumes of vapour at anyone. Vape Like a Ninja: Stealth Vaping – What it is and How to Do it. Stealth vaping is a term that refers to vaping in a hidden way so that nobody notices??.
Vapers generally do this in situations where they don’t want to draw unwanted attention to themselves. You’ll generally want to use a low-powered device that puts out small clouds to do this, so that your cloud of vapor is as unnoticeable as possible. Exhaling small quantities of vapor ensures that you’re only putting out the faintest aroma. The sweet, dessert-like smell that we all love is also one of the most common telltale signs that someone is vaping, so reducing the size of your clouds is critical if you want to stealth vape. Even though you’re only going to be exhaling the smallest puff of vapor, it’s still going to be visible and people in your immediate surroundings might notice. It’s important to only attempt to stealth vape in areas where vaping is legal. If you try to vape discreetly in a place where vaping is banned you could end up in legal trouble. There are some common locations where vaping is almost always banned: Airplanes Restaurants Schools Movie theaters Public transportation Hospitals Workplaces. Even if you’re going to a place where vaping isn’t explicitly banned, it’s important to note that many people consider vaping to be synonymous with smoking. To them, a cloud of vapor is no different than smoke. So if you see a “no smoking” sign, you should probably put your vape away unless vaping is explicitly allowed. The hardest part of stealth vaping is managing your own mind. If you’re vaping in a situation where you want to vape but you don’t want anyone to notice, you’re likely to assume that everyone knows what you’re doing. Don’t worry, everyone else is so caught up in their own world that they literally don’t even notice anything you’re doing. Follow these three simple steps if you want to successfully stealth vape: Get a *really small* vape – We recommend a pod vape (like the Juul) or a small vape pen. These ultra-portable devices are about the same size as a USB flash drive and can easily fit in your pants pocket for on-the-go use. Since these vapes are so small, they tend to put out smaller clouds of vapor. Leave the quad-18650 box mod at home if you want to go unnoticed. Tape over the lights – Pretty much every vape out there has a small LED light that activates whenever you draw on the device. But if your whole goal is to avoid detection, then you’ll want to cover the light up. I personally cut out a small piece of tape and stick it on top of the light. Take short, shallow draws – Make sure that you took short puffs when you inhale using your pod vape. Those deep inhales might be more satisfying, but it’s critical that you minimize the size of your clouds. We recommend that you draw on the device for no more than a few seconds. Then slightly purse your lips while exhaling to help disperse the vapor and to make sure that it doesn’t all enter the air at the same time (which would create a larger cloud).
Once you’ve mastered stealth vaping, it’s time to take it to the next level. Zero vaping is a unique variant of stealth vaping where the user draws on the device but doesn’t exhale any vapor.
Zero vaping became popular with people who use the Juul. It’s really only possible using a Juul or similar pod-style device like the myBlu. If regular stealth vaping is extremely difficult with a mod and tank, it’s literally impossible to zero vape with that same setup. Once you learn this technique, you’ll be able to vape while your sitting right next to someone and they won’t even notice.
